The University of Indonesia

Established in 1849, the University of Indonesia is the oldest state-run university in Indonesia. The main campus in Depok, West Java, houses most faculties, including mathematics and natural sciences, humanities, and economics. The university boasts one of Southeast Asia's most extensive libraries, accommodating more than 25,000 online and offline visitors daily, holding approximately 1.5 million books, and is powered by solar energy.
